Questions, answered straight.
No. Most tubeless punctures on cars and SUVs are repaired in place — the partner uses a plug or a mushroom patch without removing the wheel. For two-wheelers and tubed tyres, the wheel may need to come off, but the partner does that on-spot too.
Most repairs take 10 to 15 minutes once the partner arrives. Mushroom patches take a little longer because the tyre has to be removed and the inside cleaned. We quote the time on the call so you know what to expect.
If the damage is on the sidewall, near the bead, or the tyre is otherwise unsafe, the partner will tell you on the spot. You only pay an inspection fee in that case (currently ₹50 for 2-wheelers, ₹100 for cars). We won’t repair a tyre we wouldn’t trust ourselves.
Within serviced cities, yes — we cover ring roads, bypasses, and most highway stretches up to 25 km from the city centre. For long-haul highway breakdowns outside our coverage, we’ll connect you with a partner if one is near, otherwise we’ll point you to the nearest help.
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), card, and cash. Payment is taken after the repair is complete and the tyre is inflated to spec.
Every partner is interviewed, trained on our tubeless and tubed repair protocols, given the standard kit, and verified with Aadhaar and a clean police record. We audit work randomly and dropped partners who don’t meet the standard. The list is small and stays that way.
